My stay at The Statler in Dallas was a mix of wonderful service and a few disappointments. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel valued, and the hotel's design is visually stunning. However, the room fell short in expected amenities, and the rooftop bar experience left much to be desired. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its drawbacks.
